1. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTION – ONLINE ORDER PLACING

We, ASTECH Engineering Company(ASTE) do not conduct any online business via our website www.aste.com.vn. Our website has updated information on ASTE operations for customers to explore information on our company. We therefore do not provide you with instruction on how to buy and order products online.

Therefore, when you have an inquiry on our products and/ or services please contact us directly in order to be consulted and execute contract with us.

You may make direct payment to us via bank transfer, with bank account details provided below:

ASTE understands how customers feel when they encounter unexpected circumstances. We will discuss with customers in good faith and collaboration spirit to agree on appropriate resolution to handle all customer complaints and satisfy both ASTE and customers.
